ACA NOTICE FOR 2024 FORMS

Laws enacted at the end of 2024 made important changes to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements. The annual form was previously mailed to every employee and pertained to tax statements reporting that individuals had health coverage. 

For the 2024 reporting year, Montana Linen Supply is not required to provide the ACA reporting form 1095-C to employees unless the employee requests the form.
